Andre, a guy from holland we met at the orient camping in Konacik,
went out with a fisherboat one night and brought about 2kg of different kind of fish. So we had a fish BBQ the next evening. Thank you Andre for catching such a good dinner for us.
Take out all the organs of the fish, pull the scales off, sweep the fish in flour and salt. Then heat a deep frying pan with lots of oliveoil and fry the fish in it for about 15 minutes until the fish is cross.
Serve it with fries (chips), rice or boulgur and salad.
